So… Today is the biggest strike day in a decade, apparently. Teachers are on strike; I don’t remember the last time teacher would have been on strike. It has been so long! In addition, public sector workers, bus drivers, train drivers and other key workers are on strike.

The annoying thing is that many people are feeling that there is no point is striking as the Government won’t do anything about anything anyway. It is hard to know what the future holds, but as little trust as I have for the current Government, it would be nice to believe that ongoing strikes would result in some sort of positive outcome….
