So…This week we have still been going strong with Christmas carols with some students! I know what some of you are thinking: but it’ not Christmas any more…!

Well, what I found in the run up to Christmas was that some students practiced a lot more when playing Christmas carols than they normally do and they also seemed to enjoy playing much more. In my opinion, if students are not fed up with Christmas carols and really enjoy playing them, then why not?!

Personally, I can enjoy playing any music and so if Christmas carols bring some much needed cheer into our Januaries, then why not crack on with them!
