Rehearsals for Christmas concerts have carol playing have truly begun this week! There is roughly a month to get it all ready in time for school Christmas performances and for all the Christmas parties lined up from early December.

What I find refreshing nowadays is that there are so many new Christmas carols around that we don’t have to get fed up with playing the traditional ones only with all students. This year I have already learnt a few new Gospel style Christmas carols that are being performed in various schools.

Although personally I do love the traditional carols as well, I’m really enjoying being introduced to new songs!
